The kitchen power keeps tripping. Every time I reset it, it trips straight away. It started after the rain last night.
Circuit
Radial 20 A kitchen power circuit on a 30 mA RCBO. GPO 1 (bench) loops to GPO 2 (fridge plugged in), then to GPO 3 (outdoor weatherproof outlet on the patio).
Your job
Find the fault with the fewest tests, working safely. The fault is different each time. Every test costs 2 points, unsafe steps cost more.

Safety actions
