Returns & Refunds Policy
At FaultLab, we keep things simple.
If something’s not right, we’ll sort it. If you’ve just changed your mind, that’s fine too, as long as the book comes back in good condition.
Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging (where possible)
- You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your book arrives damaged or there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
Please email us at support@faultlab.co within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or fault
We will organise a replacement or full refund, including shipping where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or marked
- Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Return Process
- Email support@faultlab.co with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Send the item back to the provided address
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear
