1. Promoter

The promoter is Fault Lab Pty Ltd (ABN 39 604 805 012) of Perth, Western Australia ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 am AWST on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 30 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, immediate family members and any person directly involved in conducting this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive an automatic entry into the draw, entrants must purchase any eligible physical copy of The Fault Finder's Bible from Fault Lab during the Promotion Period.

Customers who purchased an eligible physical copy before the commencement of the Promotion Period and whose purchase remains valid will automatically receive one entry into the draw.

No separate entry form is required.

5. Multiple Entries

Each eligible book purchased equals one (1) entry into the draw.

There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may receive through eligible purchases.

Cancelled orders, refunded orders or fraudulent purchases will not be eligible.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Milwaukee® 5-Piece Power Tool Kit

Approximate retail value: AUD $1,700.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Should the advertised prize become unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on 30 August 2026 at the Promoter's office in Perth, Western Australia.

The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number supplied with their order within five (5) business days of the draw.

The winner's first name and state may also be published on Fault Lab's website and social media channels.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

10. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions may be declared invalid.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion, fulfilling orders and contacting the winner in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility relating to this promotion.

14. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where required by law or where reasonably necessary for the proper administration of the promotion.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
